Turmeric Tea
Makes a large pitcher
INGREDIENTS:
- 6 cups water
- 1 large chunk fresh ginger
- 3 cinnamon sticks
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- Juice of 6 fresh lemons
- Raw honey
DIRECTIONS:
- Peel and grate ginger over a large saucepan or pot with water. Bring to a boil then turn to low heat and let simmer for approximately 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, add the cinnamon sticks and turmeric and simmer on low heat for another 10 minutes; stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, allow to cool and strain. Add freshly squeezed lemon juice, sweeten with raw honey and serve hot!

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 glass of water (12-16 oz.)
- 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1 dash Cayenne Pepper (optional)
- stevia to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Blend all ingredients together and drink.
